No governance framework for multi-cloud adoption

With $6 trillion in assets under management across 30 countries, the requirements for security, auditability, and consistency were non-negotiable. The client also needed to establish its cloud foundation across both AWS and Azure simultaneously — testing and proving operational processes on both providers before scaling adoption across the organization.

Cloud governance model and dual foundation across AWS and Azure
CG Infinity worked with the client to develop a governance model and establish processes governing cloud service introduction, workload placement, consumption, and service lifecycle across both providers. Core cloud foundations were architected and deployed on AWS and Microsoft Azure. Technologies and toolsets were deployed and verified. An actionable roadmap was established as a prioritized backlog of events to tackle in subsequent phases, ensuring the client had a clear path forward beyond the initial engagement.
